This job I made for a creative contest inside our studio, where I work. Contest theme - space/future. My idea was to show an alien, waiting in the darkness for "it's time". As a ground for my work I took the sketch of the alien from "Star Wars" - Sebulba. The final result differs from the sketch. Entire 3D scene created and rendered with 3Ds MAXMental Ray. Additional texturing and details done in ZBrush. Photoshop was used to merge layers and some color correction. I hope you enjoy. Comments & critics are welcome. Thanks.
